We assembled a dynamic group of individuals to engage and share with others. The 1.5 days conference took place at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University on April 11 and 12, 2024. The keynote speaker was Dr. Robert Livingston, lecturer, and author. Dr. Livingston

is the author of “The Conversation”, which is a road map for uprooting entrenched biases and sharing candid, fact-based perspectives on race that will lead to increased awareness, empathy, and action. Also included was a panel of diverse speakers, leaders, experts, and thought influencers that discussed how leaders foster a sense of belonging and resilience while leading successful businesses.
